Healing Teachers
CHRISTINE CARUSO, MA
When asked what Christine does, she tells people she is a Listener, a Tracker, and a Game Changer. She cultivates the sacred art of Listening to the Subtle: in our bodies, our energetic fields, the plants and stones, all of Nature. She was born being able to see and hear spirits, and everyone’s feelings and thoughts, and just assumed everyone else did.
She uses her refined intuitive skills (all 5 senses on a heightened level) to track the energy and support others to unlock their incredible capacities, to remember their Instincts. Whether it’s healing through a trauma, or creating the intangible into form, Christine likens the Creation Work she does with clients to “Learning to walk, and suddenly remembering you have always known how to Fly.”
“It’s not strategy based. It’s energetic."
Implement Strategies for Energetic ReMastery
Christine has always been drawn to the medicines and sustainable practices of different cultures and communities, whether that be in food, prayer, dance, meditation, herbs, or family structure. It’s part of her core belief in the capacity of every being to create greater.
A Stone Reader in the tradition of the Q'ero people in the Highlands of Peru, Christine maintains a private practice in Intuitive Energy Medicine. She holds a Masters Degree in Pastoral Studies from the Washington Theological Union, in Washington, DC, where she completed her thesis on the role of emotions in disease formation and healing. She concentrated her studies on the Mystics, the great lovers of the Divine. Two years of research were done in the Emergency Room and Cardiac Unit/ICU of George Washington Hospital in Washington, DC where she handled Crisis Intervention and served as Chaplain.
Accelerate the Energy Field for Creation
An Intuitive and Empath from birth, Christine spent two years studying at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing in Miami, where she refined her practice in Energy Medicine. After earning her Certificate in Permaculture Design from Ecocentro IPEC in Brazil, where she focused on sustainable energy in all living systems, Christine completed an herbal apprenticeship with Corinna Wood of Red Moon Herbs in Black Mountain, North Carolina. There she amplified her natural understanding of Plant Spirit Medicine.
Dedicated to prayer and meditation, Christine's love and passion is to create the space for others to find themselves Sacred. As a teacher of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, Christine is honored to share that awareness and technology with others so that they may be the brightness they truly be.
In January 2014, Christine left the states to teach and travel. Moving away from individual sessions, she focused more on teaching and training others to be the vibration themselves. Since then, she has been Guest teacher in HariNYC in Manhattan, New York, YogaSantaFe in New Mexico, Rosemary Court Yoga in Sarasota, Florida, and Guest Healer and Teacher at the Body Holiday in Saint Lucia, as well as Hotel L’Esplanade on Saint Maarten.
During her travels Christine has also done extensive private instruction in meditation techniques, educating about the power of Medical Meditations.
jennifer ludders MA
Jennifer is passionate about creating and helping others cultivate more connection in the world - whether that be connection to ourselves, connection with fellow humans, connection to nature or connection with Spirit.
While her professional journey started with over a decade in financial services and diplomacy as a U.S. Foreign Service Officer, Jennifer’s heart was increasingly pulled toward studying and then working in the realms of coaching and healing by serving women and marginalized populations. She has supported hundreds of people who have been impacted by mass trauma resulting from naturals disasters and/or war in Indonesia, Jordan, Israel, Nepal, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. She has also spent countless hours deepening her own spiritual practice in silent retreats, as well as teaching others in tantric yoga and heart-based meditation approaches.
As polarization in the collective has surged in recent years, Jennifer has been moved to help bridge these differences by bringing people from diverse backgrounds together to connect and understand each other better. She is certified in a modality called Authentic Relating (AR), which provides very practical ways to have more honest, vibrant and fulfilling relationships and skillfully transform conflict. She leads AR workshops for prison inmates, corporate staff, and those with opposed political views. Jennifer also helps couples develop more intimacy with each other through better communication, and is currently embarking on a path to serve as a Wedding Officiant.
Since last August, Jennifer has become a semi-obsessed Pickleball player. She also loves sauntering in the woods, singing and leading kirtan, riding scooters, finding thrift store treasures and soulful conversations.
